Below is the full range of work we are licensed to carry out as a PRC CPA firm. Each service has its own page with scope, documents, timeline and fee basis. Full service range
We are a full-service PRC CPA firm, so our practice also covers work that mainly matters to Chinese domestic companies. We keep those in a separate group so you are not sold something your entity does not need.
Also available on request: monthly bookkeeping, representative office audits and asset verification. Ask us and we will scope it.
Listed for completeness — these are part of our licensed practice, but they rarely apply to a foreign-invested entity. If you are unsure which group your requirement falls into, ask us. We will tell you directly when a service does not apply to you.
