Talk to the person who would do the work

Enquiries go to a licensed practitioner, not a call centre. You will get a reply within one business day, in English, from someone who can actually answer the question.

  • One named contact — not a shared mailbox that replies three days later in Chinese
  • Reply within one business day — in English, and with a real answer rather than an acknowledgement
  • NDA signed on request — before any documents change hands
  • No obligation — we will tell you plainly if we are not the right firm for the work

FAQ

Before you get in touch

What should I include in my first message?

Entity type, what has been asked of you, and the deadline. If you know the financial year end and roughly the size of the entity, include those too. That is enough for us to quote. Everything else can follow.

Do you work with companies outside Guangzhou?

Yes. Most work runs on documents and remote access to your accounting system, with a site visit only where the work genuinely requires one. Where travel is needed it is quoted in advance as part of the fixed fee.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, as standard. We will sign before any documents change hands.

Our China finance team prefers Chinese. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Documents and detailed discussions can run in Chinese with your local team, while reports and correspondence with you stay in English.

How do we verify you are licensed?

We are licensed by the Guangdong Department of Finance under approval 粤财会〔2018〕51号, practice licence No. 44010251. Both are checkable on the Ministry of Finance public register, and we are happy to send the certificates.

Send the basics and we will take it from there.

One message is enough to start. You will have a written scope and a fixed fee within one business day.
