From the enquiry and call-booking forms on this site we collect:
We do not ask for, and would prefer you not to send, confidential financial documents through a website form. Once an engagement is agreed we give you a proper channel for that.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
You can ask us, at any time and at no charge, to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to the retention a licensed practice is legally required to keep). Write to the email above and we will act within 30 days.
EU / UK visitors (GDPR): we process your data to answer your request and to prepare for a possible engagement — legitimate interests and pre-contractual steps. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Visitors in China (PIPL): personal information collected here is stored in the People’s Republic of China. Where a cross-border transfer is genuinely needed — for example to your overseas parent — we will tell you and rely on a lawful transfer mechanism.
This site uses Microsoft Advertising UET to measure which pages lead to enquiries. It sets a cookie for that purpose. No advertising cookie is used to profile you elsewhere.
