We are a Guangzhou-based firm of certified public accountants. Everything on our licence is publicly checkable, and we would rather you check it than take our word for it. What we have built our practice around is straightforward: reports your head office can read, and a fee that does not move after you have signed.

Every item below appears on a public register or on a document we will send you. If you can verify a firm only from its own website, that is a reason to be careful.
How we work
Not drafted in Chinese and translated afterwards. The auditor who takes responsibility for the opinion writes the English, so nuance such as the difference between an unqualified and a qualified opinion survives the process.
With deliverables listed. If scope genuinely changes we quote the change and you approve it before we do the additional work. You will never receive an invoice with a line you have not already agreed.
Reachable by email, WhatsApp or phone. Not a switchboard, and not a shared mailbox that answers in Chinese three days later.
Part of our practice serves Chinese domestic companies and rarely applies to a foreign-invested entity. We keep those services separate and say so plainly rather than selling you work you do not need.

Licensed PRC CPA · signs your report
A licensed PRC Certified Public Accountant signs every report we issue and is personally accountable for the opinion expressed in it. You can verify any signing practitioner against the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance register.
Day-to-day fieldwork · your document contact
Runs the fieldwork, owns the document request list, and is the person you contact when you need a status update. One manager stays with your engagement from planning to signing.
Your first point of contact
All correspondence with you is handled in English, including the document request list, the draft findings and the final report. No Chinese-language document reaches you without an English explanation attached.
Every report is signed by a licensed PRC Certified Public Accountant whose practising certificate can be verified with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance.

Practice licence No. 44010251 and approval 粤财会〔2018〕51号 are both checkable on the Ministry of Finance public register. Ask us and we will send the certificates.
We are a mid-sized Guangzhou practice rather than an international network. That is deliberate: your engagement is led by a licensed practitioner who is directly accountable, not by a rotating team.
Yes. Most engagements run on documents and remote access, with a site visit only where the work genuinely requires one. Travel is quoted in advance as part of the fixed fee.
Yes, and we do regularly. We provide working papers and a GAAP reconciliation in a format your group auditor can use, and we deal with them directly in English.
